Our business is built around a principle called Community Choice. Residents are encouraged to create the cable, phone, broadband and home
security packages that are right for them. Homeowners associations are empowered to build cable packages at pricepoints they want, getting
channels that match community interests at rates unmatched by larger carriers.
BroadStar hosts regular Community Choice meetings in each of our neighborhoods. It’s our way to get to know community members. We listen to feedback and collect ideas to better our products and services. We also review package contents and rates to ensure continuous resident satisfaction. Community Choice extends to all of our services, from cable to security, phone and broadband. A recent Community Choice meeting in one of our neighborhoods led to the creation of SafeNet, a family-friendly Internet package. You probably know about blocking channels and programs using a code you can set with your remote control. SafeNet does the same thing with our Internet service to help protect children from inappropriate content. We’re working on more ideas like this every day- it’s our passion to use technology to make your neighborhood a better place to live.
