BroadStar recently strengthened its commitment to customer service with the full-time hire of Candice Crawford. Candice will work with new
BroadStar customers at sign-up and handle daily customer support and troubleshooting. Candice will also assist BroadStar's office management
team with varying aspects of administration and billing.
Originally from White Plains, NY, Candice comes to BroadStar by way of Gastonia and Greensboro, North Carolina. After earning degrees in Geography, Psychology and Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, Candice went on to work in sales administration and marketing for the Panos Group and Westfield Shopping Town Eastridge. A music lover who also enjoys cooking and traveling, Candice brings a unique personality and point of view to BroadStar. When she's not busy assisting customers and other teams, Candice is an avid reader who writes both prose and poetry. Her combination of life experience and education make her a quick study who's fit in easily with team members and customers. "It's my goal to create a mutually beneficial relationship between BroadStar and the people we serve," says Crawford.
