BroadStar has added a new layer of versatility to its field operations with the hire of James Seedorf.
James comes to BroadStar from a technical support outsourcing firm and brings experience in customer service and network support. Prior to joining our field team, James worked in BroadStar's corporate office as a Junior Network Engineer. James will work directly with BroadStar customers in the fast-growing areas of Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC. Raised mostly in Frankfurt, Germany, James has traveled extensively, seeing much of the world by sea as a member of the United States Navy. He served in the Iraq War before returning to the US permanently in 2003. Now a father, James enjoys spending his spare time on the beaches of Wilmington with his family. James' prior work in customer service and engineering make him a uniquely qualified field technician. He's an experienced troubleshooter and customers love his enthusiastic approach. "Knowing how the services are run at the corporate level and working directly with our subscribers is great", says James. "It gives me a perspective on technology and service that most field technicians don't have."

week on the job.
