As of September 1, upgraded Broadband services and products were rolled out to Puller Place in Jacksonville, NC.

"We collected feedback from subscribers through property visits and the Puller Place Community Web Portal that indicated the need for more speed," says BroadStar Director of Marketing Rick Oppedisano. "The residents told us how they were using the web and our network traffic numbers backed it up. Now we're offering a variety of packages for casual users all the way up to serious gamers and work-at-home types."

The basic Broadband package at Puller has increased in speed by 300%, and the new high-end package is three times faster than the previous top speed.
