With BroadStar, there are no long-term contracts, cancellation or change fees. You can always change your mind and your services. All BroadStar services are available a la carte at rates unmatched by larger carriers. There are no hidden charges, taxes or fees. On your bill you will always see a simple printout of each service followed by the a la carte price for that service. Sales tax (varying by location) is the only add-on to any price. It's that simple. |

BroadStar offers the internet in the speeds that are right for our users. Our Broadband services vary by community, but always lead the incumbent providers. Fiber transfers data at the speed of light, 100 times faster than today's DSL and Cable modems. Our full ISP services come standard with email, web storage, virus & SPAM control. We can provide a family-friendly filtered Internet experience we call SafeNet as part of the community amenities. We can also provide fiber-connected amenities like gaming servers, walled gardens, back-up and storage services all on a private community intranet. |

Cable services vary by community, but offer residents a level of choice unavailable through local incumbents. At home, members of BroadStar communities choose cable packages to match their interests and lifestyles, starting with a lineup of over 80 basic channels including local programming and community stations. Our premium content upgrades deliver over 200 additional channels for sports, science and family entertainment. BroadStar also offers HDTV, VOD, PVR/DVR and other on-demand entertainment services. A key part of our relationship with subscribers is giving them video options that they wouldn't have anywhere else. An example of this is our Pick80 package. Subscribers attend our Community Choice meetings and choose the 80 channels that go into this package, ensuring the best choices for the money. |

Our Complete Phone package includes all of your favorites: unlimited local calling, call-waiting, caller ID, 3-way calling, voicemail, call forwarding and return, even call transfer and call blocking. Unlike major carriers, there are no monthly fees, excise taxes or line charges. Additional lines are available at a discounted price, and unlimited long distance for calls in the US and Canada is available at a low fixed monthly price. We provide local and virtual telephone numbers, telephone book listings and Enhanced 911. We do not use the Internet for telephone calls and we maintain our own private circuits to manage all aspects of voice quality. Our standard phone services include all of the features other companies charge extra for. Our premium and business package offers advanced control for adding lines, unified messaging, voicemail to email, email to voice mail, hosted PBX functions and virtually any feature offered anywhere. |

BroadStar's SafeHome Security Monitoring service provides additional peace of mind for community members. Our Rapid Response system provides an instant link to trained professionals the minute an alarm is triggered. BroadStar also installs security cameras in common recreation areas for an extra layer of protection and security. We monitor intrusion, smoke, heat, CO2 and motion triggered alarms. We offer one-way and two-way voice communication as well as recorded message alarms and video verification. SafeHome Security Monitoring may also qualify you for a 20% discount off your insurance rates. Be sure to check with your insurance provider to determine whether you're eligible for a lower rate.
