We're looking for a Sr. Field Techician to work at BroadStar-connected communities in Wilmington and Jacksonville, NC. This is a full-time
position with opportunity for growth into management, reporting directly to the Director of Network Operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for activation/deactivation and demonstration of services to subscribers
as scheduled by Customer Service; response to trouble tickets and technical support requested by Network Operations Team; and the ongoing
maintenance and administration of onsite networks at your assigned properties. The Sr. Field Technician will also be responsible for
coordinating with Network Operations when special projects and/or service outages occur. Night and weekend work is required as needed.
Daily functions can include: Phone, Cable, Internet and Security Installation and Troubleshooting. Broadstar expects all technicians to be
at the customer's location at the scheduled appointment time.
